Andriy, originally from the Lviv region of Ukraine, migrated to the US in 2006. With a background in agriculture science, he began his career with the Los Angeles County Agricultural Department. In 2021, he transitioned to the Oregon Department of Agriculture. Following the Russian invasion of Ukraine in 2014, Andriy dedicated himself to humanitarian efforts, volunteering in Los Angeles to fundraise and deliver essential first aid supplies. He later collaborated with the nonprofit organization Revived Soldiers Ukraine to facilitate the rehabilitation of wounded Ukrainian soldiers in Los Angeles. With the escalation of the conflict in 2022, Andriy became a board member of the Ukrainian Foundation, where he continues his mission to support the Ukrainian people.
